WOOD REPAIR PROCESS:

Step 1. Remove Rotten Wood

We will identify any rotten wood that needs to be replaced with guidance from the homeowner. We will then begin removing rotten wood and prepping the work area. Any additional rotten wood found while the work has begun will be discussed with the homeowner and noted on the proposal as every house is different. Some examples include finding rotten baseboards under sideboards or rotten wood under trim.

Step 2. Replace Rotten Wood

Once all rotten wood has been removed will begin to replace with new wood as close to the original as possible.

Step 3. Inspection

At the very end of the job we will remove all trash and ladders. After we have completed the wood repair, we will walk around with you to ensure the repair job is up to your satisfaction. We will come get you once we are finished. Once you sign off on the work you make final payment (70%) and we ask you complete a customer satisfaction survey. We will not ask for final payment until this time.

It is a worry-free wood repair job.
